| Baby in a pot! |
He slept from 6:50pm to 7:10pm and then cried from 7:10pm to 8:15pm which is an improvement over The First Night but longer than The Fourth Night. I thought this was supposed to get better, not worse? His cries were very upsetting and loud last night too, not the quieter (but not actually quiet) cries from the night before. *sigh*
BUT, on a happy note, once he was asleep at 8:15, we didnt hear another peep until 6:30am! I know this is a good thing, but I want it all! lol! I want to enjoy (not dread) putting him to bed AND I want to sleep all night. Is this possible? How about realistic? And how long do we keep doing this before we consider it a flop?
So tonight I will go it alone again (ahhh!) but tomorrow night, I'm going SHOPPING and my husband will be in charge! A night off from the crying!!!! Yesssss! One more night till I get a night off and then 3 nights in a row with help! *phew!*

It sounds like you are doing a great job! I think its great that you are sticking with it. And YES you can have it all. You will get there soon. And this sleep training is good for you and Collin. I know its hard to hear him cry, but think of all the growing his is doing in that long stretch of sleep. Good job Momma!! :)
